1. What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in home décor items including stylish plant pots, indoor plants, lamps, and unique wall art/paintings to beautify your living spaces.


2. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we ship nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–7 business days.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.


4. What is your return & refund policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Plants and custom items are non-returnable unless damaged. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.


5. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll be happy to exchange it. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.


8. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery as well as online payment options for your convenience.


9. How to order an out of stock product?

You can pre order any product that is out of stock by contacting us through call or email.
